There is a new cybercafe open near to ours. They’ve Streamyx line for internet with air-conditioner fixed to their shop. Their location are more strategic than ours. And they charge their service, same as ours.
We’re pioneer cybercafe without Streamyx line for internet (because of our telephone line being stolen by irresponsible people). But we use Maxis Broadband for substitute. A normal shop without air-conditioner.
Our sales being dropped for almost 1/2 than normal. And we know if we’re going to fix the air-conditioner, is not going to help much. So, in order to increase our sales back to normal, we’ve to change our strategy.
Lower the price.
